WARRANTY COVERAGE

90-DAY / 3,000-MILE WARRANTY

Every motorcycle includes a 90-day limited warranty or a 3,000-mile limit, whichever comes first. Coverage begins once the bike is registered in the buyer’s name.

This warranty is built to cover unexpected mechanical or electrical issues that may arise during normal street riding shortly after purchase.

COVERAGE SCOPE

During the coverage period, the warranty applies to failures of major mechanical and electrical components that affect the bike’s normal operation and performance.

ENGINE & DRIVETRAIN

Coverage includes internal engine components, lubrication-related parts, transmission components, and primary drivetrain elements when failure occurs under standard riding conditions.

CLUTCH & POWER DELIVERY

Clutch and power delivery components are covered when failure is not caused by misuse, aggressive riding beyond normal conditions, or improper operation.

COOLING & FUEL SYSTEMS

Cooling system components and fuel delivery systems directly tied to engine performance and normal operation are included.

ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS

Coverage extends to engine management systems, required sensors, charging components, and electrical systems involved in starting and standard riding operation.

REPAIRS & LOCATION

Warranty repairs are completed at an approved repair facility. There is no requirement to return the motorcycle to our location.

When needed, we coordinate directly with the repair facility to review, approve, and complete the repair process efficiently.

AUTHORIZATION & PROCESS

• Issues should be reported as soon as they are identified
• Repairs require prior approval, except in urgent situations
• Diagnosis and repairs are handled through qualified service professionals

This ensures a consistent, documented, and efficient repair process.

EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not apply to:

• Routine maintenance or scheduled service items
• Normal wear components (tires, brakes, chains, sprockets, fluids, filters)
• Cosmetic or appearance-related issues
• Damage from misuse, abuse, overheating, or improper maintenance
• Track use, racing, or competition riding
• Modifications, tuning, ECU flashes, or aftermarket performance upgrades
• Issues caused by contaminated fuel, incorrect fluids, or improper storage

These exclusions reflect standard expectations for pre-owned, performance-oriented motorcycles.

USE & MAINTENANCE

Warranty coverage applies to motorcycles operated under normal street conditions and maintained according to manufacturer-recommended service guidelines.
